By applying an intelligent sensor to the production line you want to monitor, it is possible to make Industry 4.0 compliant even the oldest machines: the sensor , engineered according to the most innovative technologies related to IIoT, will communicate with the SMACTORY Production solution , which will transform the data obtained into intuitive graphs in real time, and make them available to all users involved in the production process, even those located in other locations. The sensor in question is called “SMACTORY Sensor Hub – Piece counter”, which detects the pieces produced on a specific production line and sends them to the SMACTORY solution dedicated to series production, to process them and return them in the form of real-time charts . It must therefore be purchased when making a type in industrial production on line, and it is possible to install it independently (non-invasive integration).
